I want to personally thank 2 people in particular at the body shop. Ashley helped me by setting everything up and made sure I could contact her for any further information regarding insurance. She was so nice and warming during a rough situation. I would also like to thank Nate in parts. When someone didn’t schedule our appointment, even though we had made one, he made sure to rush around and found us a part as soon as he heard that someone had slacked on the appointment. He made sure to check for our parts and found missing damage we missed ourselves. He went above and beyond for us when it wasn’t necessary.

I like mike anderson chevrolet. They helped us out really good. They are very friendly people. I especially liked Cinda Rondinelli. She was such a very nice lady and a good sales person to us. They helped us when no one else would. Everyone else said they couldnt do anything for us but Mike Anderson Chevrolet did. They got us a nice car. So i think everybody should go and talk to them. Tom also helped us. He helped us alot. He is the man that does all the contacting of everything. He is also very nice person. So go and talk to him. So go and buy a car.

Outstanding customer service!! My wife's Denali broke down on I-65 last week. Luckily she was able to coast to the exit and found herself across the street from Mike Anderson Chevrolet. She walked over and was greeted by Lisa Short in service. Lisa took control of the entire situation. Lisa got our truck to the dealership where it was properly and promptly diagnosed and then repaired by Joe, the mechanic. Meanwhile, Lisa and staff made sure my son, wife and dog were comfortable while waiting. When Lisa was taking my wife's information, another customer walked into the service area. Lisa immediately made sure that another service representative greeted and helped the new customer. ALL dealerships should be this friendly and efficient. Great experience!!

I came in with no appointment scheduled and Lary Giannini was able to get my car in right away and to get diagnosed. He explained in great detail the probnlem I had and what causes it. It was an overall great experience speaking with him because i didn't fill pressured into making a decision and he he just took his time in letting me know what would be best for car.
