Power and Performance
You will have your choice of three engines with the 2020 Chevy Blazer. The base unit is a 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine that delivers 193 horsepower. New for 2020 is a turbocharged 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine that generates 230 horsepower. The top-of-the-line unit is a 3.6-liter V6 that creates 308horsepower. All engines are mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, but all-wheel drive is available.
Three driving modes come with models with front-wheel drive: Tour, Sport, and Snow/Ice. You get two more with all-wheel drive: Tow/Haul and Off-Road. The 2020 Chevy Blazer offers great handling, and when properly equipped, it has a towing capacity of 4,500 pounds.
Interior and Safety
There’s a lot of space inside the 2020 Chevy Blazer for up to five people. Cloth upholstery, manually adjustable front seats, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel all come standard. Extras include heated and ventilated front seats, an eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, and leather-trimmed seats with suede microfiber inserts.
